Delete Your Account

You can export your data and permanently delete your NeverØwe account at any time, directly from within the app. No email or support request is required.

Step 1 — Export Your Data (Optional)

Before deleting, you can download a full copy of your records. NeverØwe supports three export formats:

Images — all receipt photos and odometer images in your account.
CSV — income, expenses, mileage logs, and invoice records as a spreadsheet.
JSON — raw data export of all records for archiving or use in another system.

In the app: Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data

Step 2 — Delete Your Account

Account deletion is done entirely within the app:

Open NeverØwe and go to Settings.
Tap Data & Privacy.
Tap Delete My Account.
Review the confirmation screen listing what will be deleted.
Confirm — your account is removed immediately.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if you need to keep a copy of your records.

What Gets Deleted

Your profile and account credentials
All income and expense entries
Invoice history and client records
Receipt images and OCR scan history
Mileage logs and odometer records
Tax set-aside calculations and history

Anonymized, non-identifiable usage analytics cannot be linked back to you and are not deleted.

Can't Access the App?

If you're unable to log in or access the app, email us at [email protected] and we'll process the deletion for you directly.
